Training

We deliver government funded training initiatives across the UK to bridge the gap between employer and candidate . We work closely with the JCP/DWP, in communities on their DPS and Sector Based Work Academy's, (SBWA).

We train candidates looking for work and partner with some of the leading business across the UK to provide jobs that positively impact the industry. We never run courses unless there are jobs which sets us apart from other training companies. If candidates aren't successful, we stay in contact with them to find them other opportunities that matches their strengths.

Vision

In this post-covid landscape Daruma is looking to facilitate growth, help create new jobs and support in closing the skills gap between failing and growing sectors. Creating new futures in the North West and Cheshire on an evolved landscape that will reflect the changes in our infrastructure on such projects as the HS2 and Town and Highway regeneration

Where possible we like to give our candidates practical guidance and advice so they can get a real insight into their chosen industry. Using experts from companies across the UK, our candidates are given the best advice and guidance so that they have the best chance to succeed in whatever they do!
